The core business of the SLCC is to support women’s cycling and with this in mind, and based on the hard work of our volunteers in fundraising, the club is able to offer the 2025 SLCC Sponsorship award to assist ‘Up and Coming’ cyclists in their cycling career.

The SLCC committee will assess each application based on the following selection criteria and the successful applicant will be notified and a formal presentation will be made at a special club meeting.
Applications are now open for the 2025 SLCC Sponsorship Award where the successful applicant(s) will receive up to $1000 to help them with their cycling career.
Applications should address the following selection criteria:
- A short paragraph (<300 words) about you and your cycling aspirations
- How this award will help you
- A willingness to share updates on your progress throughout the year, so that we can share with our members
